In small teams, participants will articulate in detail 21st-century, political solutions. First to be addressed is transportation (city level), followed by health care (national level), immigration policy (national level), education reform (city level), and finally criminal justice reform (national level). This will not be a drill; the goal is to produce blueprints that can and may be taken up by the government or the broader community. The schemes developed are meant to be not only bold and visionary but also well articulated and thought out.
